Analýza řídících kompetencí u produkčního procesu na vybraném podniku

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na současné vnímání faktoru lidské práce při zavádění principů automatizace a robotizace do produkčních procesů v automobilovém průmyslu. Předmětem zkoumání jsou především linioví manažeři působící ve výrobním procesu společnosti AISIN Europe Manufacturing s.r.o. Hlavním cílem výzkumu je zhodnocení řídících kompetencí těchto pracovníků a navržení inovativních změn, které povedou ke zvýšení efektivity práce zaměstnanců tak, aby docházelo k naplňování výrobních plánů společnosti. Při rozboru struktury řídících kompetencí byly definovány měkké a tvrdé aspekty osobnosti pracovníků. Na základě odpovědí z distribuovaných dotazníkových šetření byly zjištěny komplexní informace o vybraných měkkých dovednostech v rámci řídících kompetencí manažerů a pracovních týmů na liniové úrovni řízení. Řízený strukturovaný rozhovor poskytnul individuální pohled respondentů na danou problematiku skrze všechny tři úrovně řízení. Na základě aplikované metody pozorování došlo k určení míry vlivu časového horizontu pracovní doby na vybraná osobnostní kritéria manažerů. Během hodnocení dat, kde bylo využito rozptylové analýzy a korelace, byl vyvozen závěr potvrzující názorové střety mezi manažery a liniovými pracovníky. I přes moderní trend čtvrté průmyslové revoluce jsou ve firmě vnímány měkké vlastnosti pracovníků v rámci interpersonálních a manažerských kompetencí jako důležité. Výsledky ukazují, že je zapotřebí využívat pozitivní přístup zaměstnanců ke kompetenčnímu rozvoji, stimulovat jejich měkké dovednosti a rozšiřovat individuální úroveň emoční inteligence s využitím inovativních přístupů i nefinančních motivačních nástrojů. Jedna z cest, jak může firma pozitivně ovlivnit kompetenční řízení svých pracovníků je aplikování podvědomích stimulů, které budou cílit na měkké osobnostní vlastnosti jedinců.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on the current perception of the human labor factor in the introduction of automation and robotics principles in production processes of the automotive industry. The subject of research is mainly line managers operating in the production process of the company AISIN Europe Manufacturing s.r.o. The main goal of the research is to evaluate the management competencies of these employees and to propose innovative changes that will increase the efficiency of employees' work so that the company's production plans are fulfilled. In the analysis of the structure of management competencies, soft and hard aspects of employees' personalities were defined. Based on the answers from the distributed questionnaire surveys, comprehensive information was found on selected soft skills within the management competencies of managers and work teams at the line level of management. The guided structured interview provided an individual view of the respondents on the issue through all three levels of management. Based on the applied method of observation, the degree of influence of the time horizon of working hours on selected personality criteria of managers was determined. During the evaluation of the data, where the analysis of variance and correlation was used, a conclusion was drawn confirming the conflicts of opinion between managers and line workers. Despite the modern trend of the fourth industrial revolution, the soft qualities of employees within interpersonal and managerial competencies are perceived as important in the company. The results show that it is necessary to use the positive approach of employees to work-force development, stimulate their soft skills and expand the individual level of emotional intelligence using innovative approaches and non-financial motivational tools and incentives. The research found, that one of the ways in which a company can positively influence the competence of the management is the application of subconscious stimuli that will target the soft personality traits of individuals.
