Business plan – establishing mobile food van

Abstract:

Obsahem této bakalářské práce „Podnikatelský záměr“ je vytvoření konkrétního podnikatelského plánu pro nově vznikající mobilní prodejnu, která je zaměřena pouze na přípravu a prodej zdravé stravy. Práce je rozdělena na tři hlavní části. První část se zabývá teoretickým kontextem. Jedná se o samotný podnikatelský plán, kde je potřebné vymezit jeho obsah, náležitosti a části, které jsou nezbytné pro tento typ podnikání. Druhou část tvoří analytická část, ve které je zkoumáno mikroprostředí a makroprostředí podniku. Třetí část je praktická, která se skládá z poznatků představených v teoretické, analytické části, které jsou následně aplikovány do praxe a z nich jsou vyvozeny závěry.

Abstract:

The content of this bachelor thesis "Business Plan" is the creation of a concrete business plan for a newly created mobile food van which is focused only on the preparation and sale of a healthy diet. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part deals with the theoretical context. In this part is necessary to define theoretical elements and parts that are necessary for this type of business. The second part consists of the analytical part, which examines the micro environment and the macro environment of the company. The third part is practical, which consists of the knowledge presented in the theoretical, analytical parts, which are applied to practice part.
