Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou odměňování zaměstnanců ve společnosti Alec Praha, a.s., což je fiktivní název společnosti zastupující reálnou společnost. Cílem je zhodnocení systému odměňování a nalezení takového návrhu doporučení, které by vedlo ke zlepšení stavu. Teoretická část shrnuje základní poznatky za využití literární metody v oblasti odměňování zaměstnanců vč. moderních trendů. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou stávajícího systému odměňování a zaobírá se problémem vyskytující se v dané firmě s použitím dotazníku, rozhovorů, interních materiálů a dalších výzkumných metod pro sběr dat.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the phenomenon of rewarding employees of 'the Alec Praha, a.s. company, which is the fictitious name of a company representing a real company. The goal of this Bachelor thesis is to evaluate the remuneration system and finding such a draft recommendation that would lead to improvement. The theoretical part summarizes the main findings for the use of literary methods of rewarding employees, incl. modern trends. The practical part analyses the existing remuneration system and deals with the problem occurring in the enterprise using Questionnaire, structured interviews, internal materials and other research methods for data collection.
