Abstract:

The goal of this work is to create a new business plan for the construction of the house from the construction and establishment of accommodation, catering and entertainment sector. The work is divided into three chapters. The theoretical part focuses on the definition of the term accommodation, a business plan in general, but also with a focus on tourism and accommodation in Liptov. Then it describes the current status and analysis of the market situation in the sector of tourism in Slovakia. The analytical part focuses on creating a business plan in which are detailed its individual elements. Executive Summary describes, description of the business, market analysis Liptova marketing plan, organizational structure, production and business plan, risk assessment and financial plan. The draft chapter is written on recommendations to other entrepreneurs or potential investors who might use such information in their business and investment plans. The output of the work is the complete business plan for the construction of the house in Liptov. The paper uses the method of comparison of existing accommodation facilities , we used the method further observation.

Abstract:

Cieľom bakalárskej práce je vytvoriť nový podnikateľský plán na zhotovenie penziónu od výstavby a zriadenia ubytovacieho, stravovacieho a wellness sektoru. Práca je rozdelená do troch kapitol. Teoretická časť sa zameriava na definovanie pojmu penzión, podnikateľský plán vo všeobecnosti ale tiež so zameraním na cestovný ruch a ubytovacie služby v oblasti Liptova. Následne popisuje aktuálny stav a analýzu trhovej situácie v sektore cestovného ruchu na Slovensku. Analytická časť sa zameriava na tvorbu podnikateľského plánu, v ktorom sú podrobne rozpísané jeho jednotlivé náležitosti. Opisuje exekutívny súhrn, popis podniku, analýzu trhu Liptova, marketingový plán, organizačnú štruktúru, výrobný a obchodný plán, hodnotenie rizík a finančný plán. V návrhovej časti sa píše o odporúčaniach pre ďalších podnikateľov alebo potenciálnych investorov, ktorí by mohli takéto informácie využiť vo svojich podnikateľských či investičných plánoch. Výstupom práce je návrh kompletného podnikateľského plánu výstavby penziónu na Liptove. V práci sa používa metóda komparácie existujúcich ubytovacích zariadení, ďalej sme použili metódu pozorovania.
