Fundamental analysis of selected financial companies

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je naleznutí spravedlivé hodnoty vybraných společností prostřednictvím fundamentální analýzy. Mezi prvky fundamentální analýzy patří poměrové ukazatele a dále dva modely pro ocenění našich vybraných společností. Teoretická část diplomové práce je zaměřena na vysvětlení pojmu fundamentální analýzy a na popis vybraných poměrových ukazatelů. Praktická část začíná provedením globální a odvětvové analýzy, kde jsme zkoumali, jak si dané ekonomiky vybraných firem vedou, a odvětví, ve kterém společnosti podnikají. Provedená individuální analýza nám ukazuje, že společnost O2 je oproti kurzu podhodnocená a společnost Orange Pl je oproti svému kurzu nadhodnocená

Abstract:

The aim of the master thesis is to find the fair value of selected companies through fundamental analysis. The elements of fundamental analysis include ratios and two models for valuing of the selected companies. The theoretical part of the master thesis is focused on explaining the concept of fundamental analysis and on the description of selected ratios. The practical part begins with a global and industry analysis, where it was examined how the economies of selected companies perform and the industry in which these companies do business. The individual analysis shows us that O2 is undervalued compared to the exchange rate and Orange Pl is overvalued compared to its exchange rate.
