Cílem předložené bakalářské práce je přinést ucelený přehled změn týkajících se akciové společnosti od 1. ledna 2014. My thesis aims to provide an integrated summary of the changes related to joint-stock companies since January 1st, 2014. The first section delineates the first steps of the companies and shows its historical development. Up until the year 2014, the companies did not undergo any significant changes, but with the introduction of the new Civil Code in 2014, lot of changes appear. These changes are the …more
