Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo studium problematiky v oblasti polymerních nanokompozitních materiálů typu polypropylen/jíl. V první části se práce zabývá strukturou a vlastnostmi polypropylenu, který je použit jako polymerní matrice nanokompozitů. V další části je zmapována situace kolem jílových minerálů a jejich modifikace. Součástí práce je rovněž popis vlastností nanokompozitů s polypropylenovou matricí, možnosti jejich přípravy a také popis metod, použitých pro hodnocení vlastností a struktury jak přírodního či upraveného montmorillonitu, tak výsledného nanokompozitního materiálu.

Abstract:

The aim of this baccalaureate work was a study of problems in the area of polymer nanocomposite materials, exactly polypropylene/clay nanocomposites. The first part of the work deals with a structure and properties of polypropylene, which is used like a polymer matrix of nanocomposites. In the next part a situation about clay minerals and their modification is charted. The part of work is as well the property description of nanocomposites with a polypropylene matrix, possibilities of their preparation and a description of methods, which are used for classification of properties and a structure of the modified montmorillonite and the prepared nanocomposite material.
