Tváří v tvář silné konkurenci a měnícím se podmínkám na trhu, starší dopravci se snaží na trhu létat. Cílem práce je vytvořit plán pro tyto letecké společnosti. Byla provedena analýza DEA k identifikaci nadprůměrných subjektů v odvětví a dvoustranné zkrácení určilo 4 řidiče s vyšší výkonností. Abstract:
Faced with strong competition and changing market conditions, legacy carriers struggle to fare in the market. The purpose of this thesis is to establish a roadmap for these airlines. A DEA analysis was conducted to identify the outperformers in the industry while a two-sided truncation determined 4 drivers of outperformance.
