Proposals to improve the system of remuneration of employees in a particular company
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zdokonalení současného systému odměňování zaměstnanců v podniku. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy odměňování pracovníků. Analytická část představuje konkrétní podnik, analyzuje systém odměňování zaměstnanců a vyhodnocuje dotazníkové šetření. Na základě získaných poznatků jsou provedeny návrhy zefektivnění systému odměňování.
Abstract:
This thesis is focused on improving the present system of remuneration of employees in the company. The theoretical part defines basic remuneration of employees. The analytical part presents a specific company, it analyses the remuneration of employees and it assesses a survey. Based on the findings proposals are made to more effective remuneration system, which could be of practical benefits for management …more
