Práce pojednává o výživném, jakožto soukromoprávním prostředku práva, který by měl být garantován státem, tedy právem veřejnoprávním, neboť vyživovací povinnost není vždy plněna dobrovolně a výchova i výživa dětí je ohrožena. Abstract:
This thesis deals with the maintenance as a private legal means, which should be guaranteed by the state and so public law, because the maintenance obligation is not always fulfilled voluntarily and children’s upbringing and maintenance are jeopardized.
