Bakalárska práca je zameraná na analýzu základných princípov Baťového systému riadenia pre súčasných podnikateľov. Zmyslom tejto práce je poukázať na nadčasovosť a využiteľnosť týchto princípov v súčasnej dobe a za súčasných podmienok podnikania. The bachelor thesis is focused on analyzing the basic principles of Bata management system for today's entrepreneurs.
