Structure and photoluminescence of InAs/GaAs quentum dots
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na luminiscenční spektroskopii elementárních excitací u pěti vzorkù s kvantovými tečkami InAs v substrátu GaAs. Vzorky byly připraveny ve Fyzikálním ústavu AV ČR v Praze metodou MOVPE (metalo-organická epitaxe). Na základě AFM měření jsme stanovili tvar a střední rozmìry teček a z nich pomocí modelu vypočítali vázané elektronové stavy. Měřením fotoluminiscence s excitací Nd-YAG laserem …more
Abstract:
The thesis focuses on the luminescence spectroscopy of elementary excitations in five samples with InAs quantum dots in a GaAs substrate. The samples were prepared by MOVPE (Metaloorganic Vapor Phase Epitaxy) in the Institute of Physics of the Czech Academy of Sciences in Prague.
