Describing occupational therapy of client after the stroke from emergent care till the home care

Abstract:

Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám ergoterapií u pacientů po cévní mozkové příhodě. Práce je rozdělena na tři části. V první části popisuji teoretické poznatky o anatomických částích mozku a jeho cévního zásobení. Popisuji její příčiny ovlivnitelné i neovlivnitelné, dále druhy této nemoci a jejich patogenezi a klinický obraz. Ve druhé části jsem chtěla přiblížit čtenářům pojem rehabilitace a její druhy, používané terapeutické metody této nemoci. Také popisuji ergoterapii a seznamuji čtenáře s její historií ve světě i České Republice a její hlavní představitele. V hlavní části pracuji s pacientem. Jsou zde zaznamenány obecné informace o pacientovi a jeho rodině, vstupní a výstupní kineziologický rozbor, krátkodobé i dlouhodobé plány. Pacientka je úkazem toho, že tato nemoc není onemocnění pouze starších jedinců, ale může postihnout i děti.

Abstract:

In my bachelor thesis I am dealing with an ergotherapy of patients with a stroke. My work is divided into three parts. In first part I am describing theoretical knowledge about anatomic parts of brain and its vascular supply. I am also describing the causes which can be influenced or even instable, kinds of this disease and its pathogenesis and clinical picture of it. In the second part I wanted to introduced the term ?rehabilitation?and its kinds, used therapeutically methods of this disease. I am also describing ergotherapy and introducing its history in the world and in the Czech Republic and its main representatives. In the major part I am working with a patient. There are recorded common information about patient and her family, input and output of a kinesiological analysis, short-term and long-term plans. My patient is a phenomenon because she shows that this disease is not only a problem of old people, but it can also affect even children.
