This thesis deals with internal communication at Nestlé Česko, s.r.o. In the theoretical part, I discribe communication as such developing on its types and tools, and acquaint readers with the latest trends in communication as well. In the practical part I focus exclusively on communication tools at Nestlé Česko, s.r.o., I describe in detail how they work, whom they are intended to and I explore advantages …more
