Abstract:
The purpose of this thesis work is explain the basics of law treatment and to describe its formation and conceptual characters. I especially apply oneself to the rights and obligations of companions and the relationship of a limited liability company to its partners.
Abstract:
Účelom tejto bakalárskej práce je vysvetliť základy právnej úpravy spoločnosti s ručením obmedzeným, popísať jej vznik a pojmové znaky. Osobitnú pozornosť venujem právam a povinnostiam spoločníkov a vzťahu spoločnosti s ručením obmedzeným k jej spoločníkom.
