Rigorózní práce se věnuje dvěma právním aspektům spojeným s koncernem Baťa, a to materii jeho vlastnictví a znárodnění jeho částí v některých státech. V úvodní části práce jsou rozebrány historické souvislosti, poté je věnována pozornost klíčové právní úpravě. The rigorous thesis deals with two selected legal aspects of the Baťa Concern. The matter of the Concern’s ownership and nationalization in chosen states are the main topics of my thesis. At the beginning, I cope with the family background and the history of the company up to the present.
