Práce se zabývá se právní úpravou zvláště chráněných území s důrazem na problematiku právní úpravy Natury 2000, zejména jejich problematickými oblastmi. This diploma work is dealing with legal regulation of specially protected areas with concern to network Natura 2000 in the Czech Republic. In the first part the legal sources are analyzed. Further the author is dealing with problem of implemetation and possible unfavourable implications in case of failing to fulfil implementation duties.
