Fraktografie hřídele turbodmychadla

The fractography of turbocharger shaft
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá způsoby přeplňování pístových spalovacích motorů a stručnou historií. Jejich konstrukcí, výhodami a nevýhodami. Praktickým úkolem bylo zjistit, proč došlo u turbodmychadla k přerušení jeho hřídele. K tomu bylo nutné provést fraktografii lomu a zjistit zatížení hřídele, což se projevilo jako nejtěžší část celé práce.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the ways of supercharging internal combustion engines and brief history. Their constructions, advantages and disadvantages. The practical task was to find out why in turbocharger was broken his shaft. To do this it was necessary to do a fractography of fracture and find load of the shaft, which proved to be the hardest part of the whole work.
