Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá aktuálním tématem ve společnosti, konkrétně veřejným opatrovnictvím a jeho problematikou. V práci bude vymezena legislativní úpravu tohoto institutu, co předchází vzniku veřejného opatrovnictví, kdo jej vykonává a jeho kontrola ze strany státních institucí. The bachelor´s thesis deals with current topic in society, namely public guardianship and its issues. The thesis will define the legislative regulation of this institute, described together with the prevention of the emergence of the public sector, who performs it and its control by state institutions.
