Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá mezinárodněprávním postavením a činnostmi Mezinárodní organizace práce. V teoretické části práce je uvedeno mezinárodněprávní ukotvení Organizace a její hlavní činnosti ve vybraných oblastech problematiky. V praktické části jsou poté stanoveny výzkumné otázky, kdy proběhlo vytěžení respondentů v těchto oblastech a následně byla provedena analýza jejich odpovědí.Abstract:
This bachelor's thesis deals with the international legal status and activities of the International Labor Organization. In the theoretical part of the work, the international legal anchoring of the Organization and its main activities in selected areas of the issue are presented.
