Aggressive Tendencies in the Character of Sexual Deviants and Deliquents as Criminal Offenders

Abstract:

Cílem této práce bylo ověření rozdílů v existenci a míře agresivity zjišťované HTP testem, Hand testem a Dotazníkem klinické analýzy CAQ, u skupiny sexuálních deviantů, v jejichž osobnosti byla na základě soudně-znaleckého zkoumání diagnostikována patologická sexuální agrese nebo agresivní sadismus, a u osob delikventních - u pachatelů násilných trestných činů. Výzkumný soubor bych tvořen 79 osobami. Mezi dvěma skupinami odsouzených nebyly zjištěny rozdíly v míře agresivity zjišťované prostřednictvím HTP testu, ani prostřednictvím Hand testu, kdy znaky agresivity byly zjišťovány z tzv. acting out ratia (AOR1, AOR2) a ze skóru patologie (PATH). Mezi skupinou sexuálních deviantů a delikventů byl zaznamenán rozdíl v míře agresivity měřené ve škále E. Dominance, ve škále H. Odvážnost i v celkovém skóru dosaženém ve všech čtyřech škálách, v testu CAQ, kdy míra agresivních tendencí delikventů byla vyšší než míra agresivních tendencí sexuálních deviantů. U obou skupin osob byl dále zjišťován vzájemný vztah mezi použitými psychodiagnostickými metodami v míře agresivity, která byla jejich prostřednictvím ověřována.

Abstract:

The objective of this thesis was to verify the differences in existence and extent of aggression detected by HTP test, Hand test and Clinical Analysis Quastionnaire (CAQ) at the group of sexual deviants, diagnosed on the basis of expert´s opinion pathologic sexual aggression or aggressive sadism, and at the group of delinquents – offenders of violent crimes. Explorative universe was made of 79 persons. Between these two groups there were not discovered differences in the extent of aggression identified by HTP test, nor by Hand test, when the signs of aggression were ascertained by means of so called acting out ratio (AOR1, AOR2) and by the score of pathology (PATH). Between the group of sexual deviants and delinquents there was found out the difference in the extent of aggression measured in the scale E. Dominance, H. Courage and in the complete score of all four scales, in the test CAQ, when the extent of aggressive tendencies of delinquents was higher, then in the group of sexual deviants. In both groups was also identified the mutual relation between used psycho diagnostic methods and extent of aggression, which was verified by means of them.
