External effects of transport accidents
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá problematikou externích efektů nehodovosti. Analyzuje význam a dopady těchto efektů na jednotlivé dotčené subjekty. Kvantifikuje externí efekty nehodovosti v ČR a v zahraničí. Obsahem poslední kapitoly jsou konkrétní navrhnutá opatření, která by měla přispět ke zvýšení bezpečnosti a eliminaci negativních externích efektů v dopravě.
Abstract:
The presented diploma work aim relating external effects of the accident in Transport, mainly in the Road Transport, and with effect to influenced subjects. There are quantified external effects in the Czech Republic and in the foreign countries too. In the end at last part are given measurements aimed to increasing of transport safety and to elimination of external effects in this area.
