Cílem diplomové práce je podat ucelený přehled prostředků, které slouží k ochraně osob dotčených nekalou soutěží, a zhodnotit, zda slouží jejich ochraně dostatečně. The aim of the thesis is to describe the summary of all remedies which protect aggrieved persons against unfair competition and to assess if the protection of aggrieved persons is sufficient.
