Diplomová práce pojednává o hypotečních úvěrech, s tím související oblast pojištění a nesplácení úvěrů. Práce je tematicky rozdělena do tří částí. V úvodu je definován cíl a námět práce, jsou stanovena jednotlivá témata. Další část práce pojednává o úvěrech s důrazem na úvěry hypoteční a formách jejich zajištění. The graduation work deals with mortgage loans, the related field of insurance and loan defaults. The work is thematically divided into three parts. In the introduction is defined goal and theme of the work and are set out individual topics.
