Effect of deep stabilizing system of the spine activation on throwing velocity of female handball players

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem aktivace hlubokého stabilizačního systému páteře na rychlost střely hráček házené. Teoretická část obsahuje souhrn poznatků, které se týkají charakteristiky házené, herních činností jednotlivce a zejména střelby v házené, která je jednou z nejdůležitějších dovedností hráčů v házené. Dále jsou zde vymezeny pojmy, které jsou úzce spojeny s hlubokým stabilizačním systémem páteře. V neposlední řadě jsou zde zmíněny výzkumy, jež se v milosti stejnou problematikou zabývaly. Praktická část se věnuje samotnému výzkumu, v němž je zhodnocen vliv aktivace hlubokého stabilizačního systému páteře na rychlost střely hráček házené. Při vstupním měření absolvovaly všechny hráčky měření rychlosti střely ze třech různých pozic a následně byly rozděleny na experimentální a kontrolní skupinu. Experimentální skupina měla zařazeny během běžných házenkářských tréninků i speciální bloky, zaměřené na aktivaci hlubokého stabilizačního systému páteře. Po osmi týdnech u hráček obou skupin proběhlo kontrolní měření rychlosti střel ze stejných pozic. Výsledky měření jsou zaznamenány ve výsledkové části práce. Doufám, že tento výzkum přinese nové a zajímavé poznatky v oblasti tréninkových metod v házené.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the effect of activation of the deep stabilizing system of the spine on female handball players throwing velocity. The theoretical part contains a summary of knowledge concerning the characteristics of handball, individual game skills and especially shooting in handball, which is one of the most important skills of handball players. Furthermore, there are defined terms that are closely linked to the deep stabilizing system of the spine. There are mentioned researches that deal with the same issue in grace too. The practical part is devoted to the research itself, which evaluates the effect of activation of the deep stabilization system of the spine on throwing velocity. In the initial measurement, all players took measurements of the velocity of the missile from three different positions and were subsequently divided into an experimental and a control group. The experimental group also had a special block aimed at activating the deep spine stabilizing system during normal handball training. After eight weeks, the players of both groups took control of the missile speed from the same positions. The results of measurements are recorded in the results part of the work. I hope that this research will bring new and interesting knowledge in the field of handball training methods.
