Elemental analysis using ITP
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá elementární analýzou s využitím izotachoforézy. Konkrétně analýzou vybraných organických sloučenin, ve kterých je stanovován obsah síry. Síru je nutno převést na kyselinu sírovou nebo kyselinu hydrogensiřičitou. Anionty těchto kyselin se poté stanoví pomocí ITP. K vyhodnocení byla využita metoda kalibrační křivky a metoda přídavku standardu.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the elemental analysis by using ITP. Specifically by analisys of the selected organic compounds in which is determined content of sulfur. Sulfur must be converted to the sulfurous acid. The anions of thease acids are determined by using ITP. The results was evaluated by using method of the calibration curve and method of the standard addition.
