Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu protinádorového účinku organokovových komplexů ruthenia s NSA. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of the antitumor effect of organometallic complexes of ruthenium with NSAIDs. NSAIDs are one of the most commonly used drugs available. Their main benefits include anti-inflammatory, antipyretic or analgesic effect. The mechanism of their action is based on the inhibition of the cyclooxygenase isoenzymes COX-1 and COX-2.
