Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou ceny lahvového piva pomocí časových řad. Zvolenou oblastí této analýzy je Česká republika. Analyzovaným obdobím jsou roky 1993 až 2013. Analýza vychází z ročních údajů, které byly použity pro elementární charakteristiky a k výpočtu trendové funkce ceny lahvového piva. Práce se zabývá teorií časových řad, regresní analýzou a pivovarnictvím. Bakalářská práce zahrnuje analýzu vývoje ceny lahvového piva za sledované období, elementární charakteristiky, prognózy a ověření vhodnosti vypočítaného modelu.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis analyzes the price of bottled beer using time series. The selected area for the analysis is the Czech Republic. The analyzed period is 1993 to 2013. The analysis is based on annual data used for elemental characteristics and to calculate the trend function of the price of bottled beer. The thesis deals with the theory of time series, regression analysis and brewing. The bachelor thesis includes an analysis of trends in the price of bottled beer during the reference period, the elementary characteristics, prognoses and verification of the suitability of the calculated model.
