The process of grating a mortgage loan in ČSOB

The aim of this work was to clarify precisely and clearly a mortgage loan in the Czechoslovak Trade Bank, a. s. At the beginning I tried to look at the general view on mortgage and explain various concepts. In the next part I have summarized all the products currently offered by the bank and chose the most suitable for clients who would want to draw credit in the future. Cieľom mojej práce bolo čo najpresnejšie a najjasnejšie priblížiť poskytnutie hypotekárneho úveru v Československej obchodnej banke a. s. Na začiatku som sa snažil priblížiť všeobecný pohľad na hypotekárny úver a vysvetliť jednotlivé pojmy. V ďalšej časti som zhrnul všetky produkty, ktoré v súčasnosti banka ponúka a vybral ten najvhodnejší pre klientov, ktorý by v budúcnosti chceli čerpať úver. Na …more
