Abstract:

Zelenuškovití (Diptera, Chloropidae) jako bioindikátoři antropogenní zátěže prostředí Abstrakt disertační práce Pro území Evropy je uváděn výskyt 13 druhů rodu Tricimba Lioy, dva jsou uváděny jako nové pro vědu (T. miroslavi MS and T. rudolfi MS), dva druhy byly v Evropě prvně zjištěny (T. kaplanae Dely-Draskovits 1983 and T. paraalbiseta Dely-Draskovits 1983) a druh T. hungarica Dely-Draskovits 1983 byl prvně nalezen v České republice. V průběhu let 1997-2005 bylo studováno přibližně 30 tis. jedinců čeledi Chloropidae. Tři rody (Apotropina, Chloropsina and Melanum) jsou prvně hlášené z České republiky a další dva (Centorisoma, Chloropsina) ze Slovenska, 40 druhů bylo prvně nalezeno v České republice a tři druhy jsou nové pro faunu Slovenska, 17 druhů je nově hlášeno pro území Čech a 12 pro Moravu. Celkem je z České republiky v současné době známo 199 druhů a 152 ze Slovenska. Z různých živných substrátů bylo dochováno 126 jedinců v celkovém počtu 41 druhů. U třech druhů byl prvně sledován laboratorně celý vývojový cyklus: Elachiptera cornuta (Fallén, 1820), E. tuberculifera (Corti, 1909) a Lasiosina herpini. (Guerin-Meneville, 1843). U šesti druhů byly zjištěny nové živné rostliny. Šest druhů bylo také poprvé dochováno z larvy do dospělosti. Na vybraných lokalitách oblastí NP Šumava, NP Podyjí a Droužkovice-Hutná bylo pomocí kvantitativních odběrových metod zachyceno kolem 15 tis. jedinců čeledi Chloropidae v 93 druzích. Lokality byly porovnány pomocí indexu dominance, počtu druhů, indexů pestrosti, diversity, ekvitability a podobnosti a byla sledována affinita druhů k antropogennímu zatížení prostředí. Celkem 32 druhů bylo zařazeno do kategorie antropointolerantních druhů a sedm do skupiny antropotolerantních druhů.

Frit flies (Diptera, Chloropidae) as a bioindicators of antropogenic changes in the environment Dissertation Abstract Altogether 13 species of the genus Tricimba Lioy are known from the Europe, of which two are new to science (T. miroslavi MS and T. rudolfi MS), two represent the first record from the Europe (T. kaplanae Dely-Draskovits 1983 and T. paraalbiseta Dely-Draskovits 1983) and T. hungarica Dely-Draskovits 1983 is recorded from the Czech Republic for the first time. Altogether 30,000 specimens of the family Chloropidae were studied during 1997-2005. Three genera (Apotropina, Chloropsina and Melanum) are recorded for the first time from the Czech Republic and further two (Centorisoma, Chloropsina) from Slovakia, 40 species are first recorded from the Czech Republic and three species from Slovakia, 17 species are first recorded in the territory of Bohemia and further 12 in the territory of Moravia. A total of 199 species are known from the Czech Republic and 152 from Slovakia. Altogether 126 specimens representing 41 species have been reared from larvae found in many substrates. Three species were reared in the laboratory throughout whole life cycle: Elachiptera cornuta (Fallén, 1820), E. tuberculifera (Corti, 1909) and Lasiosina herpini. (Guerin-Meneville, 1843). New larval food sources were discovered in six species. Another six species were first reared from larvae to adult. A total of 15,000 specimens representing 93 species have been found by means of quantitative collecting methods on several localities in the Šumava Mts, Podyjí NP and Droužkovice-Hutná. The species composition is analysed with regards to dominance, number of species, species richness, species diversity and species equitability indexes, coefficients of similarity, and affinity to anthropogenic changes. Thirty two anthropointolerant species have been recognised and further 7 anthropotolerant species.
