Bakalářská práce se zabývá zjištěním důvodů a aspektů, které vedou při volbě oboru vzdělání cukrář-výroba. Jak se tyto důvody proměňují pod vlivem zkušeností a seznámení se s oborem.
Abstract:
Final Thesis focus on reasons and aspects leading to selection of area confectioner-production. How are these reasons changed after experience in real enviroment.
