Cause Indications and Calculation of Indemnification for Claims

Abstract:

Cílem této práce je seznámení se s možnými mimořádnými událostmi, navržení způsobu stanovení pojistné hodnoty a výpočet majetkové újmy. Diplomová práce je v první částí zaměřena na analýzu mimořádných událostí na základě kterých, vznikají pojistné události. Práce se zabývá zejména příčinou, vznikem a následky jednotlivých událostí. Součástí této částí je také podrobně rozpracován postup při zjišťování příčin vzniku požárů a jednotlivé druhy příčin vzniku požárů nemovitostí. Druhá část této práce nastiňuje metody stanovení hodnoty nemovitostí pro určení pojistné částky. Následují dva praktické výpočty hodnoty nemovitostí pro určení pojistné částky, jedná se o stanovení pojistné částky u bytového domu a rodinného domu. V poslední kapitole autor seznamuje se všeobecnými postupy při výpočtu majetkové újmy. Lze konstatovat, že čtenář této diplomové práce, získá přehled o mimořádných událostech se kterými se může setkat (především na území České republiky), osvojí si metody stanovení pojistné hodnoty nemovitostí a dozví se všeobecný postup pro výpočet majetkové újmy.

Abstract:

The aim of this work is introduce with possible affairs, suggest ways of determining the insured value and the calculation of property damage. The first part of the thesis is focused on the analysis of emergencies on which insured accident come up. The work deals with the particular cause, origin and consequences of events. In this part is described in detail the procedure for investigating causes of fires and types of fire causes property. The second part of this work describes a method of determining the value of property for determining the sum insured. The following are two practical calculations of the value of real estate to determine the sum insured, it is the determination of the sum insured at an apartment building and townhouse. In the last chapter the author introduces the general procedures of calculating property damage. The reader of this thesis will receive an overview of the incidents that can be encountered (especially in the Czech Republic), assume the method of determining the insured value of property and learn the general procedure for calculating property damage.
