Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá identifikace klíčových oblastí vlivu alternativních zdrojů financování na ekonomickou výkonnost subjektů využívajících fondy rozvojového kapitálu spolufinancované EU. Dosažené výsledky budou porovnány s oborovým prostředním na základě vybrané části odvětví zpracovatelského průmyslu. Teoretická část je zaměřena na teoretické znalosti oblasti finanční analýzy a alternativních zdrojů financování. V empirické části diplomové práce bude provedena finanční analýza vybraných podniků a porovnána s analýzou odvětví. V diskusi budou identifikovány klíčové oblasti vlivu alternativních zdrojů financování na ekonomickou výkonnost subjektů, které využívají fondy rozvojového kapitálu.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the identification of key areas of influence of alternative sources of financing on the economic performance of entities using venture capital funds co-financed by the EU. The achieved results will be compared with the industry environment based on a selected part of the manufacturing industry. The theoretical part is focused on theoretical knowledge of financial analysis and alternative sources of financing. In the empirical part of the thesis will be made financial analysis of selected companies and compared with the analysis of the industry. The discussion will identify the key areas of the impact of alternative sources of financing on the economic performance of entities using venture capital funds.
