Abstract:
Práce se věnuje cestovnímu pojištění, jeho výběru a také rozsahu poskytnutých náhrad při vzniku škody. Dále je blíže zaměřena na odškodnění náhrad při vynaložení nákladů na léčení při cestách a na náhradu za způsobenou škodu v souvislosti s činností pojištěného v zahraničí. The Work focuses on travel insurance, which one to choose refunds when the damage occurred. It is also closely focused on compensation refunds for the cost of treatment incurred when traveling and for compensation for damage in connection with the activities of the insured abroad.
