Comparing Extreme duress with Necessary Defense as a Ccircumstances Eliminating Criminal Responsibility
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá obecným popisem okolností vylučujících protiprávnost. Po tomto jednoduchém vymezení následuje hlavní část práce, která je tvořena konkrétním rozborem krajní nouze a nutné obrany spolu s jejich důkladným srovnáním. Závěrem jsou popsány názory na zjednodušení řešené problematiky.
Abstract:
The work deals with the general description of the circumstances eliminating criminal responsibility. After this simple definition following the main part, which consists of a concrete analysis of extreme duress , and necessary defense along with their thorough comparison. Finally, we are describing opinions to simplify the problem, which we solved.
