Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku týkající se hypotečních úvěrů v České republice. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V první části jsou vysvětleny obchody banky a úvěry, které banky provádí. This bachelors thesis is focused on the issue of mortgages loans in the Czech Republic. Thesis is divided into theoretical and practitcal part. In the first part there are explained bank's transactions and the loans that banks perform.
