Předmětem diplomové práce „Systém odměňování v podniku“ je za pomoci relevantních metod analyzovat současný stav benefitů a odměn ve zkoumaném podniku jako součásti systému odměňování, definovat jejich smysl a úlohu, a navrhnout možná opatření vedoucí ke zvýšení spokojenosti zaměstnanců i výkonnosti podniku.
