Návrh marketingového mixu pro vybraný sportovní areál

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na základě analýzy zjišťuje strukturu potenciálních zákazníků sportovního areálu. Dle provedené analýzy jsme zjistili, že zákazníci nejvíce upřednostňují volejbal, který se zdá jako nejdůležitější součást sportovního areálu, protože hned na třetím místě se dle průzkumu umístil beach volejbal. Druhé místo obsadil též oblíbený tenis, na čtvrté pozici neméně opomíjený fotbal. Mezi méně populární sporty naopak patří hokej a volejbal, které obsadili shodně pátou příčku a na posledním místě se umístil ne moc Česku populární golf. Na základě rozšíření zákaznické základny, se tak může podnik diferenciovat od místních konkurentů, což by mohlo poskytnout strategickou výhodu. Hlavní kategorie přínosů se stávají ze zajištění informovanosti, prezentace výhod pro uživatele a motivace k návštěvě sportoviště.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis, based on a personal analysis recognizes the structure of customer potential of fitness center. Based on our analysis, we created list of sports that take first four places in ladder, ordered from top to bottom. Our research observed that volleyball takes it is first place in this ranked ladder. Due to its own priority, volleyball has become most important part of gym. It is also connected with fact that beach volleyball takes third place in our research. On second position was placed tenis, and fourth place football. Surprisingly, hockey has been placed on fifth position and eventually, last place was taken by golf. On basis of expansion of our business applied by customer requests, meaning sport area would expend in a way however our custommers would like to, we believe it would provide us of certain advantage against our rivals. Main category and source of succes is to keep our clients properly informed, about what is happening in real-time in our center. If they are informed well, we believe it would provide us succes, and satisfaction of our clientel.
