Marketing applications in the dental office

Abstract:

Tato práce je zaměřena na aplikaci marketingu ve zdravotnictví, konkrétně se jedná o stomatologickou ordinaci MUDr. Kukolové, která se nachází v Dobříši. Cílem práce je analyzovat současný stav, ve kterém se ordinace nachází a poté poskytnout návrhy na zlepšení v oblasti marketingové komunikace, které vedou ke zlepšení spokojenosti pacientů a celkovému zkvalitnění chodu ordinace. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vymezení pojmů z oblasti marketingu. Jedná se o marketing ve zdravotnictví, marketingový mix ve zdravotnictví a analytické metody marketingu, jako je SWOT analýza, analýza konkurence a analýza cílové skupiny. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu stomatologické ordinace za použití dotazníkového šetření, marketingového mixu a již zmíněných analytických metod. Na základě těchto analýz a informací z nich získaných, jsou autorem doporučeny návrhy na zlepšení marketingové komunikace ordinace.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on the application of marketing in healthcare, specifically on the dental practice of MUDr. Kukolová, located in Dobříš. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current state of the practice and then to provide suggestions for improvement in the field of marketing communication, leading to improved patient satisfaction and overall improvement of the practice. The theoretical part is focused on defining the concepts in the field of marketing. These are marketing in healthcare, marketing mix in healthcare and analytical methods of marketing such as SWOT analysis, competitor analysis and target group analysis. The practical part focuses on the analysis of a dental practice using questionnaire survey, marketing mix and the aforementioned analytical methods. Based on these analyses and the information obtained from them, the author recommends suggestions for improving the marketing communication of the practice.
