New trends in school catering
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce ukazuje, jaké možnosti nabízí v současné době školní stravování, představuje tematické akce pořádané školní jídelnou a popisuje zásady, kterými se musí řídit stravovací zařízení při sestavování jídelníčku pro děti předškolního a školního věku.
Abstract:
This bachelor's thesis shows possibilities of contemporary school catering, presents thematic actions organized by school canteen and describes rules which have to be followed by a catering facility in order to put menu together for children of pre-school and school-age.
