Corporate culture and its analysis of the selected company

Abstract:

V mojí bakalářské práci, nesoucí název ?Firemní kultura a její analýza ve vybrané organizaci?, se zabývám firemní kulturou. Cílem této práce je analyzovat současný stav a vnímání firemní kultury ve vybrané organizaci. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části se zabývám pojmem firemní kultura, jejími prvky, typologiemi, hlavními vlivy, které na ni působí, dále také vývojem a utvářením či silou firemní kultury. V praktické části nejprve představuji společnost Kooperativa a.s., ve které provádím analýzu firemní kultury. V další části následuje samotná analýza provedená individuálním rozhovorem s vedoucí kanceláře, ve které zjišťuji jednotlivé prvky firemní kultury společnosti a dotazníkové šetření, jehož cílem bylo zjistit informace o vnímání firemní kultury zaměstnanci. Poslední částí práce je návrh možných změn a doporučení na základě provedené analýzy.

Abstract:

In my bachelor thesis, entitled ?Corporate culture and its analysis of the selected company?, I deal with the corporate culture. The goal of this thesis is to analyse the current state and perception of corporate culture in a chosen organisation. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. In theoretical part, I am dealing with the concept of corporate culture, its elements, typology, main influences, whic affect it, and also its development and formation or strength of corporate culture. In practical part, first I am introducing the company Kooperativa a.s., where the analysis of corporate culture is taking place. The analysis that follows in the next part is done by individual interview with the head of the office, in which I am analysing the particular elements of corporate culture and a question form, which goal was to find out how corporate culture is perceived by employees. In the last part, I propose possible changes and recommendations based on the analysis.
