Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na specifickou fluorescenční analýzu pesticidů pomocí nové metody „UV-Otisku prstu“. Tato metoda využívá spektrální vlastnosti vzorku před a po ozářením vysokoenergetickým ultrafialovým zářením (λ = 254 nm). Abstract:
The diploma thesis is focused on specific fluorescence analysis of pesticides using a new method "UV-Fingerprint". This method uses the spectral properties of the sample before and after irradiation with high-energy ultraviolet radiation (λ = 254 nm).
