Process of resocialization and its effekt by convicted women repeating criminal activity

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se snaží přiblížit souvislost výkonu trestu odnětí svobody s odsouzenými ženami opakujícími trestnou činnost. Smyslem práce je přiblížit názory a z nich vycházející subjektivní vnímání resocializačního procesu odsouzenými ženami, jež by mohlo přispět k dalším možným projektům pro tyto ženy. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. V teoretické části je stručně nastíněn účel výkonu trestu a proces resocializace společně s programem zacházení. Představeny jsou subjekty, které se na procesu resocializace podílejí, rozděleni na primární a sekundární. Je popsán projekt pro recidivisty, který je ve studované věznici realizován, jakož i faktory, které komplikují celý proces resocializace.V empirické části je čtenáři prostřednictvím kvalitativního výzkumu nabídnuto odhalení vnímání vlivu odsouzených žen vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí věznice na svou resocializaci. Díky provedení strukturovaných rozhovorů s účastnicemi výzkumu provedenými v krátkém časovém úseku bylo možné odhalit, jak vnímají odsouzené ženy aktivity programu zacházení, podporu rodiny, pomoc externích subjektů ve věznici a pohled na zaměstnance Vězeňské služby.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is trying to focus on connections of the term influence with the convicted women repeating crime activity. The sense of this work is to bring closer the opinions and from them outgoing subjective sensations of the resocialization by the convicted women, which could contribute to other possible projects for these women.This work is divided into the theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part there is briefly outlined the purpose of the execution of the punishment and the process of the resocialization in connections with the treatment programs. There are also introduced subjects, which are participated on the resocialization process and which are divided into primary and secondary ones. Furthermore is described the project for repeated offenders, which is in the presented prison realized, and further are described factors, which complicated the whole process of resocialization. The convicted women sensation, feelings and the influence of the inner and outer prison environment for their resocialization is introduced in the empirical part through the qualitative research. The structured dialogues with the participants of the research done in the short time enable us to reveal the fact, how the convicted women perceive the treatment program activities, family support, the help from the external subjects in the prison and the look on the employee of the Prison service.
