Abstract:

Cílem práce je identifikovat klíčové faktory úspěchu strategie vybraného podniku na základě posouzení vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí, které podstatnou měrou ovlivňuje dosažení jeho vize. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na výběr vhodných analytických metod a jejich teoretické zpracování. Ve druhé části práce jsou tyto metody aplikovány na vybraný podnik. Výstupem je analýza makrookolí, mikrookolí a vnitřního prostředí podniku. Z těchto analýz jsou identifikovány klíčové faktory úspěchu podniku a je posouzen jejich vliv na vizi podniku.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to identify the key success factors of the strategy of a selected company based on the assessment of its external and internal environment, which significantly influences the achievement of its vision. The theoretical part of the work is focused on selecting suitable analytical methods and their theoretical processing. In the second part of the work, these methods are applied to the chosen company. The output is an analysis of the macro environment, micro environment, and internal environment of the company. From these analyses, the key success factors of the company are identified, and their impact on the company's vision is assessed.
