Bakalářská práce se zabývá uplatněním mentoringu jako možného pracovního nástroje. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vzdělávací aktivity a jejich podporu, původ mentoringu, vymezení rolí mentora a mentorovaného, popisuje dle dostupné literatury postupy a zásady funkčního mentoringu. The bachelor thesis deals with the use of mentoring as a possible working tool. The theoretical part focuses on educational activities and their support, the origin of mentoring, the definition of mentor's roles and the mentor, describes, according to available literature, the procedures and principles of functional mentoring.
