Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na komparaci rolí mužů a žen v auditorském prostředí v České republice a sousedních státech v kontextu rovnosti pohlaví na pracovišti. Práce zkoumá rozdíly v postavení, očekáváních, odměňování a vnímání mužů a žen v auditorských pozicích a identifikuje faktory ovlivňující genderové rozdíly v tomto odvětví. This bachelor thesis focuses on the comparison of gender roles in the audit environment in the Czech Republic and neighbouring countries in the context of gender equality in the workplace.
