Self-concept and self-confidence of the lecturer depending on length of practice and education

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce má teoreticko-empirický charakter a zabývá se sebepojetím a sebejistotou lektora v závislosti na délce praxe a vzdělávání. Podrobněji charakterizuje profesi lektora. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny pojmy profese lektora, sebepojetí a sebejistota. Jednotlivé kapitoly detailněji zkoumají, popisují a vysvětlují sebepojetí a sebejistotu. Zároveň zde najdeme také vysvětlení a popis lektora, jeho osobnosti, temperamentu, vlastnosti dobrého lektora. Teoretická část se také zabývá typy lektora a profesním vývojem, vzděláváním v ČR. V empirické části je využit polostrukturovaný rozhovor, kde se respondenti vyjadřují k míře sebepojetí a sebejistoty lektora na začátku své profesní kariéry a poté k míře sebepojetí, sebejistoty lektora v současnosti. Průzkum je zaměřen dále na činitele a podněty, které pomáhají lektorům se zvyšováním sebepojetí a sebejistoty, pokouší se o jejich srovnání. Mapuje také možnosti zvyšování sebejistoty a sebepojetí.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis has a theoretical-empirical character and occupies the self-concept and self-confidence of the lecturer in participation in demanding training and education. It characterizes the profession of lecturer in more detail. The theoretical parts explain the concepts of the profession of lecturer, self-concept and self-confidence. The individual chapters show more details, available and explain self-concept and self-confidence. It is possible to find here an explanation and description of the lecturer, his personality, temperament, qualities of a good lecturer. The theoretical part concerns the types of lecturers and professional development, education in the Czech Republic. In the empirical sections, a semi-structured interview is used, where respondents express themselves so that they can be the self-concept and self-confidence of a lecturer at the beginning of their professional career and who were available to self-concept, self-confidence as a lecturer today. The research is further focused on factors and stimuli that help lecturers increase self-concept and self-confidence, who try to compare. It maps the possibilities of increasing self-confidence and self-concept.
