Abstract:
This Bachelor Thesis aims to study the specific use and frequency of sexism (with particular consideration of the LGBTQ+ language) in two selected American TV series that were filmed 10 years apart. Tato bakalářská práce se soustředí na užívání sexistického a LGBT+ jazyka ve dvou amerických seriálech, které byly natáčeny v průběhu 20 let. Seriál Přátelé se začal natáčet v roce 1994 a seriál Jak jsem poznal vaši matku v roce 2005. První část se zabývá vysvětlením sexismu v jazyce a genderovou neutralitou.
