Abstract:

Předložená práce na téma "Negativní jevy na pracovišti" se zabývá analýzou výskytu negativních jevů na pracovišti ve vybrané anonymizované firmě působící v automobilovém průmyslu. První část představuje prostřednictvím literární rešerše zkoumanou problematiku. Další kapitola se věnuje dopadům negativních jevů na pracovišti pro jednotlivce a pro podnik. Poslední výzkumná část popisuje dotazníkové šetření a využívá dat získaných prostřednictvím této výzkumné metody k analýze interpersonálních vztahů na pracovišti. Závěr práce se věnuje shrnutí výstupů analýzy a návrhům na opatření, která by firma mohla implikovat pro zlepšení vztahů na pracovišti a potlačení výskytu negativních jevů.

Abstract:

The presented thesis on the topic "Negative workplace phenomena" deals with the analysis of the occurrence of negative workplace phenomena in a selected anonymous company operating in the automotive industry. The first part introduces the issue under study through literature research. The next chapter focuses on the impact of negative workplace phenomena for the individual and for the company. The last research section describes the questionnaire survey and uses the data collected through this research method to analyse interpersonal relationships in the workplace. The thesis concludes with a summary of the outcomes of the analysis and suggestions for actions that the firm could imply to improve workplace relationships and to counteract the occurrence of negative phenomena.
