Learning of Foreign Languages by Student with Learning Disabilities - Case Study

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the learning strategies and learning style of the student with learning disabilities. The theoretical parts defines learning disabilities, difficulties that this students have with learning of foreign languages and alternative methodes for teaching of this students. Then I describe styles and strategies for learning. I chose for the collection of this data the unstructured interview and test of the learning styles. In the conclusion are given exercises which I proposed for the respondent student based on the results of this research.

Abstract:

Tato práce pojednává o učebních strategiích a učebním stylu žáka se specifickými poruchami učení. V teoretické části definuji specifické poruchy učení , potíže, které mají tito žáci při učení se cizím jazykům a alternativní metody výuky u těchto žáků. Dále zde popisuji styly a strategie učení. Ke sběru dat jsem zvolila nestrukturované interview a test učebních stylů. V závěru práce jsou uvedena cvičení, která jsem navrhla pro respondenta na základě výsledků tohoto výzkumu.
